This week the CEO students had the opportunity to meet Matt & Hillary Crawford, owners of Crawford’s Pizza. Additionally we hosted sophomores and juniors for an Experience CEO Day.
The students learned so much from Matt & Hillary’s entrepreneurial journey and they offered great life advice that they attribute to their success.
⭐️They encouraged students to put their faith first as it has helped them through the challenging times.
⭐️They advised them to “marry the right spouse.” They went on to say that your partner can help you achieve your goals or hold you back and bring you down. Marry wisely.
⭐️Take care of yourself. Working out is self care & they strive to be their healthiest so they can show up for their families & businesses. Prioritizing health is good for both mental & physical health.
⭐️Never stop learning & growing. They spend time daily in personal development, they work on goal setting and feel that this helps them to not stay stagnant.
Grit, community and blessed were the theme of their story. This visit was very inspiring as well as educational as Matt shared some basic lessons in economics as it came to inflation, price of food, minimum wage and financial responsibilities of a business owners.
Thank you Matt & Hillary for your continued support of the CEO program!
