This week we had a site visit at ADM and learned a great deal about this global company right here in our community.

Chris Cuddy was our main speaker and shared his career path and experience with ADM.

We had a great discussion on how the election may impact business these next 4 years, how wars effect the business and market, and with that he explained the importance of staying engaged with topics in the news.

We learned about the recruiting process, interview best practices and the importance of internships.

We had the honor and also hearing from Sarah Franklin, an ADM employee and CEO Mentor, as well as two other employees, Austin and Paige. All three of them offered great advice such as:
⭐️be curious and ask questions in an interview
⭐️if given the opportunity, study abroad
⭐️grades do matter because they show hard work & determination
⭐️get involved & take a leadership role if you can
