One of the goals of the CEO program is to teach students the value of networking. It has been said “your network is your net worth.”

In October the CEO students were given the task to plan and host a networking event in November and they were to invite the CICEO Board, mentors, speakers, investors and other community leaders.

The event was yesterday and as we awaited our guests some of the students were still not sure what to expect and some were nervous.

We had dozens upon dozens of people stop by and the students did an amazing job networking with everyone. To see the confidence and growth they have made since their first day of class in August is amazing. They displayed confidence, professionalism and leadership.
