This session is very timely as the students are beginning their group business.

🔸Conflict is often looked at as a negative thing however it is not always the case.
🔸We learned about Emotional intelligence, which is the ability to monitor your and others feelings and discussed ways to use this thinking to guide your actions.
🔸 We discussed strategies that the students can implement as they face conflict and negotiations.
🔸Communication is key. The biggest communication problem is that we do not listen to understand…we listen to reply.
