Jeremy Ross & his team at Hourglass Medical said "use your ears more than you mouth" when giving students advice on how to serve their clients well. The students enjoyed hearing about the entrepreneurial journey Jeremy took to get his business to where it is today. Jeremy attributes much of their success to being a great listener, paying attention to what his clients need, his passion for innovation, commitment to solving problems and having a dedicated team.
It was also our last joint session with the @@sangamonvalleyceo class. We have enjoyed the opportunity to network with fellow CEO students this year!
