This week the CICEO students had the opportunity to meet the staff at Bayer, Farmer City and tour the facility. It was an incredible experience and the students learned so much about systems, processes, manufacturing, logistics, team work as well as lessons in agriculture. One of the goals of the CEO program is to help students to see opportunities in their backyard. Bayer offers opportunities for many different career paths from a full time nurse on site, marketing & sales positions, operations supervisors and public relations. Bayer is an investor of the CICEO program and we are grateful for the work they do, the impact they are making across the globe and for supporting our local CEO program.
